This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the LUMAZO website and is intended to comply with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.
LUMAZO offers a 30-day return policy, which means customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, seals, and accessories
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Returns that fail to meet these conditions may be refused, as permitted by applicable law.
All returns require prior authorization from LUMAZO.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law
LUMAZO is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected return shipments.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact LUMAZO Customer Support within a reasonable time after delivery. In accordance with U.S. consumer protection standards, LUMAZO will, at its discretion:
Replace the item
Issue a refund
Provide another appropriate remedy as required by law
The following items are non-returnable, except where prohibited by applicable law:
Personal care and beauty products
Perishable goods
Custom or personalized items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights under U.S. law.
LUMAZO does not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different item, customers should return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the desired product.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, LUMAZO will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take up to 14 days after the refund is initiated
Refunds may be denied if returned items do not meet eligibility requirements, as permitted by law.
